This is as good as it gets. I selected the flowers, delivery date, and recipient; paid for them via a secure payment vendor, and received immediate confirmation of my order by email. Next i received a link to check order status; and when the flowers were delivered, i received a text message. the flowers were delivered on time and my girlfriend loved them. The pictures she sent to me match the image shown on the website how can they improve? I think their are less expensive alternatives for flower delivery in Rostov-on-don, Russia, and the selection was modest. But that information was available to me before i ordered. Despite these two points, i am quite sure i will use this company again--they deliver high quality flowers on time and that exactly match your order

I just wanted to say thank you for making this order easy... everything arrived on time and looked more amazing than I thought they would be. The roses were open just enough to look perfect. Diana said the cake was the best tasting and looking cake she has ever had in her life. And the balloons were a nice finishing touch. I was afraid that living in the USA and Diana living in Russia and not being able to pick the things out in real life, myself, that they may not be as good as the photos look. Everything exceeded my expectations from the photos Diana took. She was the happiest she has ever been in her life. Her life has been pretty rough... Thank you for helping me make her day, a day she will never forget.

Amazing service the kept me up to date every step of the journey. As soon as there was a problem ie. Wrong address and wrong contact number, they gotin touch with me to resolve it. They couldn't find the address the first time and no one answered their call, so they asked for more help from me and i just sent a photo of the building door and explained the situation of the building. Next thing i know the flowers were delivered within the hour. Great service, will use them again.
