How GiftyLink works:

 
When using our GiftyLink service, your loved one will receive an immediate email letting them know that you’re thinking about them, and their gift is on its way. This happens in a 4 simple steps:

Step 1: Select the gift you’d like to send from our catalog and choose the GiftyLink option on the selected product page.
 

Step 2: You’ll be prompted to select the best way to contact your recipient via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Once completed, you can write a personalized message that will be delivered to them virtually, as soon as you place your order.

Step 3: Complete the check out and your recipient will receive your GiftyLink! Once they open the link and accept the gift you will receive confirmation.

Step 4: While they enjoy the sweet anticipation, our gifting experts will work on preparing your gift and delivering it on the earliest possible delivery date (usually between 1–3 business days).

From there it works just like any other gift delivery. Once we have confirmed your gift has arrived safe and sound, our customer service team will notify you via email.

Giftylink doesn’t only help if you’re running late with a gift. It’s also a great option if you’d like to give your recipient an option to choose their own gift.
