Complimentary Digital Picture of Delivery

For most serviced areas in the CIS, we offer complimentary digital picture services and video services for a small fee. However, we never guarantee this service for the following reasons:

• Some smaller towns and villages may not have local couriers that have a camera or cellphone capable of taking photos or videos.
• The recipient may decline our request to take a picture of the delivery.
• The recipient may not be at the place of delivery at the scheduled delivery time.

Since we serve hundreds of cities and towns, we cannot guarantee high-quality pictures or videos taken. Every florist or courier who takes pictures has their own camera with its own technical specifications and limitations. Sometimes the photos are being taken by older cameras or smartphones.

We are not responsible if the picture or video file(s) gets lost, corrupted, or otherwise damaged. We do our best to make your photo or video of delivery happen; however, we can not control technical issues and will not refund gifts in the case of lost or corrupted files.

What happens if you can not take a photo or video of the delivery?

When a picture or video was not taken or the file was corrupt, we will issue you a refund or store credit for the amount you paid for the video service only. No refunds will be made for the flowers or gifts that were delivered.

I would like you to make a delivery ONLY if you can take a picture or video of the delivery. Otherwise, please cancel my order!

Since it is made clear that the picture or video of delivery is not guaranteed, you accept the risks that this may not happen when you place your order. We can not check in advance if the recipient will agree to be photographed or if the courier will have a camera or phone to take a picture.

Due to this, all orders with a request for photos or video of the delivery are final; if we are not able to deliver a photo or video of delivery, you will be offered a refund or store credit for what you paid for the video only.

If you are interested in a SCAM CHECK service, we’d be happy to help. Simply pay for any flower bouquet and mention that you want a Scam Check in the comments.
