Our catalog is budget-friendly with 1000s of gifts to choose from for any occasion. But you can also make a Custom Gift, selecting options starting at $40 USD and going up to $900 USD.

If you have a large order, or you know you want to send multiple gifts throughout the year, you can save even more by ordering in bulk. Our corporate discounts are based on how much you spend, so ordering all of your gifts at one time can allow you to be extra generous.

There’s also an option to send an e-Gift Certificate, starting at $50 USD or more—the perfect way to let your recipient own their gift experience.

Customize your gift

If you haven’t found the perfect gift in our catalog, we have one more trick up our sleeves. Our Build Your Own feature allows you to build your own gift basket, including:

• Fruit baskets
• Gift Certificates

You can build your own gift baskets, adding one or more items that you love, using one or all of the categories above. You’ll see the total of your basket at check out, and if you approve, you simply follow our typical check out steps.

If you love a basket we already have, but think it needs a little more, you can have a custom basket and an item from our catalog in the same order.

Same day e-Gifts

Need your gift to arrive today? Any gift in our catalog can be e-gifted the same day (or scheduled) with GiftyLink.

The steps are simple:

• First, find the gift you like and choose to send a GiftyLink. (video guide).
• Your recipient will get a notification shortly after checkout via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, with a link to your personal message letting them know your gift is on the way.
• Your physical gift is prepared right away and delivered to your recipient as soon as possible.
• You’ll receive a notification letting you know when they open the GiftyLink, as well as when the physical gift arrives.

You can also digitally send them monetary e-Gifts for our store, along with Experience or Store Certificates, for local services to surprise them.

We verify delivery address for you

If you don’t know your recipient’s address, we can help with that.

During check out, make sure you check “I don’t have the recipient’s address,” and our team will work to verify the delivery address for you.

To do this our team will need you to provide a way for us to contact the recipient such as:

• Email
• Phone Number
• Instant Messenger contact information such as Whatsapp or Viber
• Or their Facebook profile link

Using this, our team will reach out to your recipient on your behalf and find out the best time and place to deliver your gift. As soon as we hear back from them, we will update you with the delivery schedule.

Let them choose their gift

We know all too well what it is like to want to surprise someone with a gift, but have no idea what will make them happiest. Because of this, we’ve come up with a tool that provides an easy way to surprise your recipient without picking out the gift yourself.

• You’ll select a budget for the gift, between $50 and $500 USD in $50 USD increments. You’ll also need to send your recipient’s email address and/or phone number on the order form.
• We’ll send your recipient an email with a few questions to answer with our Tool. Our human-assisted AI will choose the perfect gift for them based on their answers.
• After that, our regional team will design and deliver a gift that fits your budget and their preferences.

From birthdays to thank you gifts and any other reason you want to send a surprise, it’s always a good idea to let your recipient pick their gift.

Dating scam protection

The internet is full of scam artists and dating scams are on the rise. So when you meet someone online through a dating site you may be asked to send money or buy valuables.

Scammers generally don’t want to receive flowers, as this exposes their address. So when they provide an address, we often find these addresses are invalid or don’t exist. This alone can help you gain some information about the person you are getting involved with.

Our service can help shield you from scam: just order a simple flower bouquet and indicate that you’d like us to take a picture of the recipient at the time of delivery (this free service is available for most deliveries in Russia, Ukraine and former USSR). If the recipient agrees to be photographed - you will be able to compare the picture you received with the ones you’ve seen online.
