When RussianFlora couldn't contact the recipient they emailed me and I forwarded the required details and they then emailed me back saying they had contact with the recipient and informed me the delivery would be made same day which they did and I was very grateful for the service they provided they sorted everything out professionally and as stated when ordering they went above and beyond couldn't be more than happy with service they provided a very big thank you would absolutely use again without a doubt so thank you very much again , and the recipient were more than happy with the flowers beautiful thanks again.
