I had a delivery made to my host child in St. Petersburg this week. I'd like to thank you very much -- she loved the flowers and has been calling me with the calling card now. I appreciate your professional and quick service.
She's been using a lot of minutes on her calling card and I was wondering if there was a way to recharge the card online or to order her a card that would allow me to do so. I would like to keep it full for her. If you have any ideas or could help please, I would appreciate it.

" Hello, I am sending this email to praise your company. My fiance', whom I met in the states last summer went back home to Novosibirsk to finish the University. We keep in constant contact, but I like to send flowers now and then and surprise her. I have used a couple of other companies that were very dissapointing. I used FTD the last time in July for her birthday, 5 days later the flowers were still not there. Unbelievable, on her birthday and no flowers from me, I ordered them 4 days early. I will never call them again.
I found your site with a Google search and thought I would give you a try. Masha was at the hospital, very ill on this past Tuesday the 19. I ordered flowers from you at 11 a.m. on the morning of Wedsnesday 20, which as you know, was yesterday at 10 p.m. her time. I got to my office this morning at 11 a.m. and checked my emails. There, in my inbox to my astonishment was a "delivery confirmation" notice that her flowers were delivered. I ordered flowers from you and in less than 24 hours, they were set and delivered to her door.
I AM GREATFUL AND VERY HAPPY TO YOU AND YOUR STAFF. I will use you even when she is here with me and we need to send flowers to her mother and sister. I wish every company I dealt with was as fast and efficient as yours. Thank you for everything.
