Picture Policy

We offer digital picture service in over 90% of the serviced locatons. However in some smaller towns or villages the digital picture of delivery may not be available. If the picture of delivery service can not be made in your city - you will not be charged for the picture at the time of order placement and we will let you know whether the picture was made or not. If picture was made and successfully arrived to our main office - you will receive a custom payment form for the respective amount after the picture was received from our regional delivery office. This usually takes from 1 to 14 business days.

In some cities it may take even longer as some picture are being taken by regular (non-digital) camera so the film requires some time to be developed and mailed to our main office where the pictures are being printed, scanned and emailed out.

Since we serve hundreds of cities and towns, we can not guarantee high quality of pictures ( videos ) taken. Every florist who takes pictures, has got own camera with its own technical specifications. Sometimes the pictures are being taken by old cameras, cell-phones, or non-digital cameras.

The company is not responsible if the film gets lost in the mail on the way. We take no responsibility for such cases as we do not ever guarantee the picture service.

Regardless of whether the picture was made or not - no refunds will be made for the flower/gift delivery, as Digital Picture Service is not guaranteed. If you paid for the picture (video) and it was not made - we will issue you a refund or store credit for the respective amount you paid for the picture (video) only.

The picture is not proof of delivery since it is not guaranteed at any time due to the reasons below.

Are there cities where you can guarantee the digital picture of delivery ?

Russian Flora offers digital picture in most large services cities, however we do not guaratee that the picture will be made for other reasons outlined below.

Why is Digital Picture (Video) of Delivery not guaranteed ?

• The recipient declines our request to make a digital photo or video (if you paid for the picture or video - the picture or video payment will be credited back to you or offered a a store credit)
• The recipient is not present at the delivery location at the time of delivery (if you paid for the picture - the picture payment will be refunded as a credit back to your account or store credit)
• Our delivery agent does not have digital or analog camera or scanning equipment in the city of delivery (mostly in small towns and vicinities of large cities). We usually do not charge in advance for the digital picture service to these destinations, yet if you were charged - the picture payment will be refunded as a credit back to your account or store credit. )
• The picture was made by regular analog (non-digital) camera , film was mailed (via postal service) to our main office for developing and scanning but got lost on the way - the picture payment will be refunded as a credit back to your account or store credit. )

I would like you to make a delivery ONLY if you can make a picture of delivery. Otherwise - please cancel my order !

Since the picture of delivery service is not guaranteed - we can not accept the requests such as the one above. We simply can not know whether the picture will be made, as it is often up to the recipient - whether we can make a picture.
By law, we can't force the recepient to get photographed. If the recepient declines our request to take a picture, please ask him (her) directly what were the reasons.
Since the order was completed and shipped out for delivery - no refund is possible even if the picture is not taken. Once again, we never guarantee the picture under any circumstances.
